New Housing Developments in Fair Oaks, California

High Price Range New Developments
At the high-end, there is another new development built by Watt Communities called Woodbury. The Woodbury single family homes run in the high 600,000 range.
The homes are ranged around 2700 – 3600 sq ft, and come in one or two story options. There are options up to four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
But the best part about this higher priced community may be the location. Families who live in the Woodbury community are close to the best biking and hiking trails, and more outdoor water activities at Lake Natoma and the American River Parkway. Besides the outdoor recreation activities, there is also downtown Sacramento, which is only a short distance away.
